WCWFC offers a competitive environment with a First Team battling in the FA Women's National League Division 1 Midlands (Tier 4) and a dedicated Reserve Team playing in Division One South (Tier 6).
The club also fosters future talent through their U18 team competing in the Girls Central Warwickshire League. Beyond competition, WCWFC prioritizes creating a supportive and inclusive space for girls to develop their skills.
