If the Event Organiser of an event you have purchased tickets to has enabled Name Changes, you will be able to change the names on your individual tickets from within your account.
Please note: Name Changes are only available at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
- Log In using the account you used to purchase tickets
- Under My Orders, locate the order containing the ticket(s) you wish to Name Change. Click View Order.
- If the Event Organiser has enabled Name Changes, you will be able to click on Change Name.
- Complete the steps on screen to finalise your Name Change.
If you purchased via another company you will need to contact them directly. You can only use INTIX to change the names on tickets originally purchased from INTIX.
If a friend purchased the ticket for you on your behalf, they will need to log in and complete the name change.
There may be fees associated with the name change. These fees vary between different events, and will presented to you when you enter into the Name Change process.
