We’ve made a major upgrade to our Help Centre, making this a more useful place for Event Organisers to get help using INTIX. The Help Centre will also feature many guides on how to make the most out of all the features INTIX offers, such as Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics integration.

The new Support button will be located on your INTIX Dashboard and will allow you to search Help Guides, Live Chat with a team member (when available), or lodge a support request.

You can browse the Help Centre to find out more about using INTIX and making the most of the features available to you. The Help Centre also contains information to help your attendees quickly and easily answer their most common ticketing enquiries.
